Best place are Subaru forums as other owners will tell you the places to go and where to stay away from,also many traders are on those forums and offer discounts and group buys.
Also many owners maybe selling there parts or breaking there cars.
Other then that its a matter of looking on ebay and the net,but forums would be my first stop.As iam spending big money on a kit you would want to know if will arrive and fit.
