jap cars – quicker of the line most of the time than german cars, most of the time more reliable (look at honda vtec engines, subarus, nissan etc) and jap cars are cheaper, can anyone find a german car wirh similar performance to a sti/evo/gtr’s for a similar price?

for you ricers that drive your awd subarus german cars would own them on top end and they are reliable you just have to take car of them and they will take care of you

Not like you’re gonna take ‘em to their top speeds on afreeway. If you drag on streets, it’s usually from one set of lights for another 500-1000m or to the next set of lights. In which case, the STi would cook the M5. The M5’s a great car, but by the time you get an M5, you can get a WRX STi and jump it up to 1200+ RWHP.

german cars are heavy, overpriced and less reliable comparing to japanese ones

Tell you something mate, I have a BMW645i and a Honda Accord, my Honda broke down 3 times since I bought it and each time I change the broken parts, it breaks down more often, even if I bought the parts at a genuine Honda Dealer. However, my yr 04′ 645i which I adore broke down only once since I bought it and it was a faulty battery which I am still using. My Honda is a 2007 model! Both are great machines but the BMW is just awesome. Better than the japanese.

on the other hand, i know some cases with Audi TT and VW Golf with faulty electronics.Your 645 is a serious car. A class, B class, are crap. If you want a serious Mercedes or BMW you have to pay a lot

I dnt mind payin if am getting quality! Different drivers, different taste.
